Doorbird’s newest IP video door station supports a whole contactless experience.
The D2101WV features unique sensor technology developed by the Berlin-based manufacturer Bird Home Automation.
The integrated module with a unique sensor technology detects gestures, such as waving a hand, at a distance of 10 centimetres which then triggers a signal at a chime or indoor station. The gesture can also trigger a relay which then opens the door automatically. Send push notifications to your smartphone or a call to a building automation system.
This technology enables communication with visitors via mobile devices. You can see live video of the entrance, talk to their visitors and then open a door or gate from your smartphone or tablets via the DoorBird app. With the DoorBird D2101WV, the contactless access solution has become a reality.
